A.            Tenets of Tae Kwon Do (Jungshil)

                2.                Integrity                  (Yon Chi)

 

                3.                Perseverence          (In Wae)

 

                4.                Self Control             (Guk Gi)

 

                5.                Indomitable Spirit     (Baekjul Bool Goal)

 

 

B             The Oath of the Students (Sonso)

 

                1.                I shall observe the Tenets of Tae Kwon Do.

 

                2.                I shall respect the Instructors and Seniors.

 

                3.                I shall never misuse Tae Kwon Do.

 

                4.                I shall be a champion of freedom and justice.

 

                5.                I shall build a more peaceful world.

 

 

C             Etiquette within the Dojang

 

                1.                When entering the Dojang stand to attention and salute the flag.

 

                2.                Bow to the Master/Instructor.

 

                3.                Remove your outdoor shoes.

 

                4.                Always respect fellow students, both Senior and Junior (including the children).

 

                5.                You train to learn Tae Kwon Do of your own free will - The Ways/Respects of Tae Kwon Do apply to everyone.

 

                6.                When leaving the Dojang stand to attention and salute the flags, then bow to the Master/Instructor.
